Mount Goryu

Overview

Mount Goryu is a mountain 2,814 meters high in the Ushirotateyama range of the Hida Mountains (Northern Alps). Its body straddles Kurobe in Toyama Prefecture and Omachi in Nagano Prefecture, with the summit located on the Toyama side. Known for its rugged profile, it is counted among the 100 Famous Japanese Mountains.
