Mount Daimanji

Mount Daimanji rises to 607.7 meters in Okinoshima, Oki District, Shimane Prefecture, and is the highest peak of the Oki Islands. Standing on Dogo, the main island of the Oki archipelago in the Sea of Japan, it is counted among the '100 Famous Mountains of the Chugoku region' and lies within the nature-rich Daisen-Oki National Park.

History
