Mount Hiei is a 760-meter mountain located in Kitakata-cho, Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture. Designated a national Place of Scenic Beauty, it shares its name with, but is a separate mountain from, the famous Mount Hiei near Kyoto.
