Long familiar as a hands-on general park under the nickname "Soleil Hill," the facility closed in October 2022 and reopened after renovation on 14 April 2023. At the same time, its designated manager was transferred from the "Nagai Uminote Park Partners" to the "Area Management Yokosuka Joint Venture."
