
Overview
Hyakuyojō Falls is a waterfall on the Ozoe River in Hakusan, Ishikawa Prefecture, with a drop of 90 meters and a width of 10 meters. It is known as one of the great waterfalls of Mount Hakusan.

History
Until the Kaga Zenjō pilgrimage trail was restored in 1987, the falls were unseen by ordinary hikers and were known as a 'phantom waterfall.' While ranked among Japan's largest falls viewable from behind, it is not included in the official list of Japan's 100 best waterfalls.

The falls are located on the Ozoe River in Hakusan, Ishikawa Prefecture, and are reached via the Kaga Zenjō trail.
Best season
The falls appear most powerful when water volume is high, and the surrounding gorge can be enjoyed alongside seasonal greenery or autumn foliage.
