Kobe Suma Sea World is a public aquarium located within Suma Seaside Park in Suma-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, which opened on June 1, 2024. Its predecessor was the municipal Suma Aqualife Park. It is a member of the Japanese Association of Zoos and Aquariums (JAZA).

History
Its predecessor was the municipal Suma Aqualife Park, which closed on May 31, 2023. The operation was privatized, and it reopened as Kobe Suma Sea World at its current location in June 2024. It is managed and operated by Granvista Hotels & Resorts of the Fujisankei group, whose Kamogawa Sea World in Kamogawa, Chiba Prefecture, is a sister facility.

Best season
As the facility is mainly indoors, it can be enjoyed year-round. Strolling to take advantage of the seaside setting is most comfortable in the milder seasons.
