Overview
Shiroi Koibito Park is a sweets-themed park and factory in Nishi-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. It is also the head office of Ishiya, the maker of the famous Hokkaido confection Shiroi Koibito. With factory tours, sweets-making experiences and a rose garden, it is a place adults and children can both enjoy.

History
The park opened on 4 June 1995. Attached to Ishiya's head office, it lets visitors watch the production line of its signature Shiroi Koibito. Exhibits on the history of chocolate and the workshop's antique collection are further highlights.
