Overview
Cape Noshappu is a cape in the Noshappu area of Wakkanai, in the far north of Hokkaido. Facing the Sōya Strait, it separates the Sea of Japan from Sōya Bay and stands as one of the signature capes of Hokkaido's northernmost reaches, close to Cape Sōya.
