
Overview
The Ibi River is a first-class river of the Kiso River system flowing from Gifu Prefecture into Mie Prefecture. Together with the Nagara and Kiso rivers, it is counted as one of the "Kiso Three Rivers" of the Nobi Plain. It rises at Mount Kanmuri in Ibigawa-cho, Ibi District, Gifu Prefecture, and flows southward.

The Ibi River is a first-class river of the Kiso River system, counted as one of the Kiso Three Rivers. Its name is said to derive from the Ibi Shoen manor. Rising at Mount Kanmuri in Ibigawa-cho, it joins the Nagara River near the mouth in the Kuwana area of Mie Prefecture and empties into Ise Bay.
