
Overview
Horai Dam is a hydroelectric dam built on the Abukuma River, straddling the boundary between Nihonmatsu and Fukushima cities in Fukushima Prefecture. Also known as the Iino Weir or Iino Dam, it is a 21.5-meter gravity concrete dam operated by Tohoku Electric Power.

History
