History
The museum opened on 23 August 2015 and is run by the Maruoka Cultural Foundation. With a floor area of about 700 square meters, its permanent exhibition room displays past winning works of the Ippitsu Keijo Award.
Access
It is located in Maruoka, Sakai. From the museum's exhibition room you can see the keep of Maruoka Castle about 300 meters away, making it easy to visit together with a stroll through the castle town.

Spring, when cherry blossoms color Maruoka Castle, and autumn, easy for strolling with the castle, are recommended, while quietly savoring the letters can be enjoyed in any season.
