
Overview
The Toyo River is a Class A river flowing through the eastern part of Aichi Prefecture and emptying into Mikawa Bay. As the main stream of the Toyogawa river system, it has long nourished the life and nature of the Higashi-Mikawa region. The stretch upstream of its confluence with the Ure River is also known as the Kansa River.

History

Access
